Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how PeaceMoney collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our application and website. By using the service, you agree to the practices described here.
Data we may collect
We may process the following categories of data:
- Account data: name, email and authentication identifiers.
- Financial data you enter: income, expenses, categories, groups, reminders, goals and notes.
- Technical data: device type, operating system, app version and logs needed for operation and security.
- Usage data: interactions with features to improve the product and support.
- Subscription data: subscription status, plan, purchase identifiers, renewal or expiration dates and information needed to validate access to PeaceMoney Plus.
How we use data
We use data to:
- Provide and maintain app features;
- Authenticate users and protect accounts;
- Sync information across devices;
- Respond to support requests;
- Improve performance, security and experience;
- Validate, activate and manage PeaceMoney Plus subscriptions;
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your financial data or build profiles for third-party advertising.
Authentication
PeaceMoney may use authentication services such as Firebase Authentication for email, Google or Apple sign-in. In those cases, we receive identifiers and profile information provided by the authentication provider, according to your permissions.
Financial data entered by the user
Financial information recorded in the app is provided voluntarily by you. It is used exclusively to display summaries, categories, reminders, goals, insights and features related to personal or shared financial organization.
In-app subscriptions and purchases
When you subscribe to PeaceMoney Plus, we process subscription-related information to unlock premium features, sync status across devices and provide support.
Data we may process in this context includes:
- App account identifier (including authentication UID);
- Subscription status (active, expired, trial or cancelled);
- Plan (monthly or annual);
- Start, renewal or expiration dates;
- Transaction identifiers and receipts provided by the app store or subscription provider.
Payment itself is processed by Apple or Google. PeaceMoney does not receive or store full card numbers, CVV or sensitive bank payment details.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, validate purchases and sync Plus access. RevenueCat may receive user identifiers, subscription status and purchase metadata as needed to operate the service.
Third-party services
We may use third-party services for authentication, hosting, notifications, analytics, subscription management (including RevenueCat), purchase processing via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and infrastructure. Those providers process data under their own policies and our applicable protection agreements.
Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and development best practices. No system is 100% secure, but we work to reduce unauthorized access risks.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active or as needed to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data via the delete account page or by emailing suporte@peacemoney.app.
User rights
Under applicable law, you may request:
- Confirmation and access to your data;
- Correction of incomplete or outdated data;
- Deletion of unnecessary or improperly processed data;
- Information about sharing and processing.
